Have you ever imagined yourself looking for information on the internet without browsers and search engines? How about sitting in front of the computer giving you a pile of directories assembling lists of words in no alphabetical order, not even sorted into categories? I bet researching would be included in the top most difficult and mind crunching tasks that ever existed. It is like hunting for a single bug on a vast tropical forest or searching for a needle in a ton of haystack.
We are so fortunate that technology has offered us computer software and programs such as browsers (eg.Internet Explorer, Apple Safari & Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) and search engines (eg. Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing). These are not complicated but really user-friendly works of modern technology.
With the use of such, we manage to do a lot today. It is now even possible to do multitasking, the act of simultaneous performance of jobs engaging us to more productivity. We are able to search on different keywords and look for our favorite songs in genres like RnB, Rock, Pop, Alternative, Classic and Jazz that are ready for downloading at the same time. It enables us to search for people we know whom we didn’t keep in touch for long and stalk famous people who are worth talking and topics for gossip. Not only can it explore stuff available for purchasing but it also allows us to view freebies ready for use. These may be free samples on things we have interest on using like backgrounds in different patterns and colors, various fonts and style, photos in their original and edited vintage and dainty forms, some free samples of letters, Christmas and other Holiday cards, term papers, speeches which are significant in doing assignments or just about anything.
Makers of technology really deserve some gratitude and credit for developing these great inventions. They surely devoted hard work and dedication to completing their work of genius. Not only did it make our work easier in finding free samples, but also faster, enabling us to work on other tasks and saving us from being stuck to a single job.
